Happy Sunday!

We hope you are enjoying your weekend and getting ready for the week ahead! Memorial Day weekend is coming up, so set yourself up for success this week with some meal prep to help you start your holiday week/weekend off strong! Check back this week for helpful tips and recipes to help you stay on track with your healthy lifestyle.

Challenge: Try something different with your food tonight. Whether it’s seasoning a meal with a new herb, or adding in a new veggie that you’ve had, just have fun and get creative. 


Cardio & Yoga

Head our for a 30 minute jog this morning. Stretch out after with some yoga at home or head out to a yoga class later today.

Challenge: We will be sharing our favorite (and free) meditation apps with you today! Check back to see them.


Lower Body & Foam Roll

Complete your favorite lower body routine from the list here, and then stretch and foam roll this evening.

Challenge: Enjoy a drink tonight – your favorite wine or beer (or your favorite nonalcoholic drink) – and relax. Make sure to have a water too so you stay hydrated.


Cardio & Core

Head out for a 20 minute jog this morning, and then complete 5 Minute Abs below:

Challenge: It’s #thirstythursday. Only instead of a cocktail, try a new latte or ACV drink from your nutrition plan! One of our favorites is the Turmeric Latte from your latest nutrition plan update.


Fairburnin’ Friday

Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete the TGIF HIIT workout here.

Challenge: TGIF! Remember, just because it is the weekend does not mean you should undo all of your hard work. Keep it clean this weekend, even if you head out to eat. For a little extra inspiration, check out some member stories here.


Active Rest

Head outside today, walk to your favorite coffee place, restaurant, etc. No matter where you are headed, challenge yourself to walk there.

Sunday Runday

Head out for a  run today! The distance is up to you, but aim to run for at least 20 minutes. If you want to start running more, try out one of our road race trainings here.
