Your free week of workouts is below, and this week, we are keeping things a little shorter, but faster and with a full body focus! That way you can still get all of your workouts in while visiting friends and family and maybe even baking up a storm!

Tuesday
Merry Christmas Cardio!
Merry Christmas! Set a family tradition (or one for you to have some time to yourself) and head out for a walk, jog or run before any Christmas festivities. Every year we try to run around 3 miles together in the morning before we cook up a storm!
Wednesday
Core
Get in three rounds of these core exercises (see video below for quick description):
Thursday
Cardio & Upper Body
Complete this no equipment upper body workout. In between each round, complete 60 seconds of jumping jacks as an added bonus cardio burst!
Friday
Yoga
Head out to a yoga class or complete the flow below:
Saturday
Lower Body
Complete your favorite lower body workout from your nutrition plan.
Sunday
Cardio
Head out for 20-30 minutes of your choice cardio! Whether you walk, jog, run, bike or even snowshoe, enjoy your day!
