Celebrate the weekend with your new full body HIIT routine that can be done outside, at the gym, or at home if you have a treadmill! Challenge yourself to take no more than 30 seconds rest in between each section. Tag us afterward at @fairburnitoff to share your sweaty post-workout selfie!

Full-Body Running HIIT Routine

Warm up:

Jog for 2-4 minutes
10 arm circles forward and back

The workout:

Run 2 minutes
25 Jumping Jacks

Run 2 minutes
10 Burpees

Run 1 minute
Sprint 30 seconds
25 squats

Run 1 minute
Sprint 30 seconds
20 push-ups

Run 1 minute
Sprint 30 seconds
20 Walking Lunges

Run 1 minute
Sprint 30 seconds
25 Bicycle crunches

Finish with a light, 2 minute, jog to cool down and quad and hamstring stretches
