Pineapple Chia Boost Smoothie
-1 sliced banana, frozen
-1/3 cup dried pineapple
-1 tbsp. coconut oil, optional (or 1 to 2 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes)
-1 tbsp. chia seeds
-5 to 7 ice cubes
-1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Pour, sip, and enjoy!
