This overnight oat recipe is so simple to throw together, and the taste!? It’s like having a little treat for breakfast!

PB Cacao Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup whole grain oats
-1/2 tbsp. unsalted peanut butter
-1/2 tsp. cacao powder
-1 tsp. chia seed
-A pinch of cinnamon, optional
-Splash of vanilla extract, optional
-1 tbsp. maple or date syrup
-3/4 cup unsweetened almond or non-dairy milk

-Strawberries, banana, or other fruit for topping

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for the fruit together in a bowl. Place mixture into a jar or sealable container and let sit in the fridge overnight. Voila! Your breakfast will be ready to go the next day! Top with berries when ready to eat.

Please note: For all overnight oat recipes, feel free to add a little more almond milk the next day if needed. Consistency is up to you!
