Happy Sunday! Today we are sharing a brand new workout that we did while on vacation. You never really know what you are going to get at a hotel gym, but this workout can be done with or without some of the equipment shown, at home, or at your own gym. Don’t have access to weights? Use your bodyweight or get creative with water bottles!
For each circuit, complete the exercise and move immediately on to the next exercise. Once you go through all of the exercises in the circuit, rest for a minute before repeating the circuit two more times. Complete all rounds of the cardio circuit first before moving on to the weighted circuit.

Cardio Circuit (20 reps total per exercise x3 rounds):
Plank Shoulder Taps
Weight Circuit (12 reps per exercise x3 rounds):
Kettle bell Swings (I only had access to a hand weight in the video)
Seated Rows (if you don’t have a machine – use weights or bottles for bent over rows)
Squat & Shoulder Press
Tricep Kickbacks/per side (if you don’t have a machine, use hand weights or bottles)
Bicycle Crunches/per side
1+ minute plank! Hold for at least a minute, but aim for more!
