Whether you have been on your journey for some time or are just getting started, we are sharing three things that you can do to help guarantee your success!
🔥First, please know that nutrition really is key! What you eat, when you eat, and how often you eat plays such a crucial role in your health, fitness, weight loss, and maintenance goals. You know the saying you can’t out-exercise a bad diet? Well, it’s true. Let’s say you eat a cheeseburger, fries, and soda – on average about 1,100 calories – you would then have to run 11 miles to burn off that meal. Don’t worry, we’re not suggesting that you go and run 11 miles right now, but it is simply to put into perspective just how crucial food is!
Make nutrition a priority by eating clean, adding in plenty of greens, and not shying away from fruits and carbohydrates! Not only will nutrition help you succeed with your fitness goals, but it will help you feel better overall. Things like colds, headaches, acne, and even issues going to the bathroom are impacted by poor nutrition! Even more extreme issues like diabetes, the flu, dehydration, and severe migraines are impacted by nutrition.

🔥Second, always change it up! Never be afraid to try new workouts and recipes to help keep things fresh and to keep your body sweating and guessing! You can rotate through your workouts in your nutrition guide, on our site here, and even by changing up cardio (run, walk, jog, HIIT, spin, stairs, etc).
🔥Third, write things down! We wrote about the power of writing down goals here, but make sure you not only write down your goals, but even what workouts you want to do, recipes you plan on making, etc. When you put something in writing, it helps you to visualize and stick with it!
