Now on to your Weekly Burn…

Monday

Get in 20-30 minutes of cardio and the Stronger Core Challenge. If you are in a real hurry, then get in this quick 4th of July HIIT routine!

ChallengeHave fun today, but still try to keep it clean and enjoy healthy foods. Use inspiration from your nutrition plan (for example, we made the black bean burgers and cupcakes and brought them to the cookouts this weekend), and from the 4th inspired recipes here.

Tuesday

Complete Fairburnin’ Core from your nutrition plan, followed by 5 Minute Abs and the Stronger Core Challenge.

Wednesday 

Go for a 30 minute run, and follow it up with the Stronger Core Challenge. Later on in the day, get in a little foam rolling.

Challenge: Set a new goal for yourself. If it has been a while since you last revisited your goals, then take a few minutes to re-write or add new goals. And maybe even cross off some goals that you have accomplished! This may seem tedious, but putting something down on paper and being able to visualize it, can make it that much more real and help you to be successful.

Thursday

Complete the Lower Body with Ab Burn workout from your nutrition plan or Lower Body Burn Workout, Stronger Core Challenge, and some yoga to end the day.

Friday

Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete the Summer Full Body Burn workout from your summer nutrition plan and burn out with the Stronger Core Challenge.

Challenge: Take a sweaty post-workout selfie and tag us at @fairburnitoff and use #fairburninfriday! Just like writing your goals down, taking photos may seem silly or pointless, but it helps you to stay motivated and accountable, and you just never know who else may be looking to you for inspiration on their own health journey. It always amazes us when we receive a message from someone saying how a particular photo that we thought was silly (for example – us just eating out) helped to motivate them and realize that they could still live their life without feeling deprived, but feeling great!

Saturday

Complete the Strong Arms Workout, followed by the Stronger Core Challenge

Challenge: Relax and enjoy a drink from your nutrition plan or go out on a date.

Sunday

Active rest and Stronger Core Challenge. Be sure to set aside some time today to meal prep for the week ahead. Remember, you can always refer back to your nutrition plan for meal prep guidance, grocery lists, and lists of items of what and how to prepare in advance.
