Happy Monday
We’re back! Slowly but surely, we will be bringing you new recipes and content. We have appreciated your understating and kind messages as Elyse was healing. For those that do not know, Elyse broke her arm very badly, requiring surgery (and a decent amount of metal). It will be a long time before she has full range of motion back, but we are happy to start getting back into the swing of things! So with that being said, your free week of workouts is below!
Remember, you can rearrange days as needed to fit your schedule, and you can also follow along and sub in workouts from your nutrition plan. No matter what, have fun with it, move daily, and make it work for you!
