Happy Fairburnin’ Friday and Memorial Day Weekend!

To kick start your long weekend, we’re bringing you a new workout that can be done anywhere! Take advantage of the nice weather and run outside. If you do not have a public track nearby, then just run about 1/4 of a mile for every 1 lap.
