Today we are sharing a clean smoothie that tastes like dessert, but you can have for breakfast or lunch (or of course, dessert too)!

Brownie Batter Smoothie

Ingredients:
-1 sliced frozen banana
-1/4 cup whole oats
-1 tbsp. cacao powder
-1 tbsp. chia seeds or 1 scoop plain or chocolate plant protein powder
-1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
-1/2 tbsp. natural peanut or almond butter
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-Pinch of sea salt, optional
-3-5 ice cubes, optional for a thicker smoothie
-1/2 to 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (stick to 1/2 cup for a thicker smoothie or smoothie bowl)

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour, sip, enjoy.
