It’s Memorial Day Weekend, which means hanging out, relaxing, and possibly heading to a BBQ or two. Rather than not workout, take advantage of the long weekend to get in some walks, hikes, runs, and some extra full body workouts. To help you out, especially if you are crunched for time, we are giving you a fun, at-home, circuit style workout! Complete anywhere, anytime, and most importantly, hydrate and stretch afterward.

Warm up

Warm up with a 3-5 minute jog, or jog in place for 30 seconds, complete 30 jumping jacks, and 10 walking lunges, and repeat that 3 times.

The Workout

For this workout, you will complete 3 to 6 rounds! For your first round, complete every exercise for 15 reps. Then, your second round will be 10 reps of each exercise, and your third round, 5 reps of each exercise. If you have time, repeat everything again, only start with 5 reps of every exercise and increase to 15 reps!
