Happy first day of Summer!
As much as we love shoveling snow as a part of our workouts, we are happy that the warm weather is here. Sure, summer can bring some very hot, humid, and sweaty days, but take advantage of being able to be outdoors and try new activities, such as swimming, paddelboarding, surfing, and beach yoga.
In addition to enjoying outdoor workouts, take advantage of all of the great produce that is now in season! Hover over the images below to see what each produce item is, and then head to your local grocery store or farmers market to purchase the in season produce (this will also help your wallet as in-season items are usually not as expensive).
