Erin Go Bragh Smoothie
Ingredients:
-1 orange juiced
-1/4 cup coconut or almond milk
-1/2 frozen banana slices (slice the half of banana before freezing – and if you have another frozen fruit instead of banana, give it a go)
-2 cups of spinach and/or kale
-1/2 of a cucumber, sliced
-1 to 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional – but if you have fresh parsley, this is great)
-1 scoop plant protein powder (optional – if using, you may need to add a splash more of coconut milk)
-5 ice cubes (if you omit the ice cubes and protein, you will have a great green juice option)
🍀You can make this a chocolate mint smoothie by adding a scoop of chocolate protein powder or a 1/2 tablespoon of dark cocoa powder and a splash of peppermint oil or extract.
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
