Happy Valentine’s Day Weekend!
Whether you are spending the weekend with your spouse, significant other, a friend, or fur child, make sure to get in a workout, and then relax and enjoy! Before you head to the kitchen to whip up some clean treats, start off with some of these workouts:
Body Weight HIIT Routine
This routine is a great way to get in a full body workout and blast tons of calories. No gym required! Follow along here.
Go for a run with someone this weekend. Whenever we can run together, we take advantage because not only is it a different way to spend time together, but it also helps to make the run go by more quickly! For inspiration, you can check out some of our road race trainings here.
You don’t have to be a “yogi” to do yoga together. Have fun with this!

Healthy Fairburnin’ Brownies

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Melt some dark chocolate and then wash and dry fresh strawberries. Dip strawberries into the melted chocolate and let cool and harden on parchment paper. To speed up the cooling process, place the chocolate covered strawberries into your fridge or freezer.
Fruit with Chocolate Fondue
Melt some dark chocolate, cut up some fresh fruit, and you have a mini fondue platter ready to go! We used dark chocolate that was 70% cacao and dipped in strawberries, pineapple, and snacked on some pomegranate seeds.
Members, take your Fairburnin’ Flapjacks (protein pancakes) up a notch by making them into roses. Real roses can be pricy, so if you want to be cute for your loved one, make him or her a batch of these pancakes.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Wash and thinly slice an apple, and place slices in a bowl with water and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Either microwave for 2-3 minutes until tender, or simmer in a saucepan. Meanwhile, pour your flapjack batter into a muffin tin. Take the apple slices, and begin to place them on top and around the batter in a circle, working from the outside, in. Keep adding slices until you cannot fit any more. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until batter is golden brown. Serve as is, or top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or even unsweetened coconut flakes!
