Challenge of the week
This week, we want you to just move every day! Whether you follow the schedule as written below, or change the days up to fit your travel and holiday schedules, just keep moving!
Get in the full body workout from your fall nutrition plan!
Cardio & Upper Body
Wake up and head out for 15-20 minutes of your choice cardio. No matter what you choose, aim to get your heart rate up a bit (i.e. run/jog, fast walking, biking, swimming, etc). Then complete the upper body workout below:
A brand new quick HIIT workout will be posted first thing this morning!
Walk, Jog or Run
Happy Thanksgiving! Whether you walk, jog or go for a full on run, head out this morning with a family member, spouse or friend, and go for 1 to 3 miles. Use this as a little *you* time to relax and enjoy the day before the rest of the Thanksgiving festivities start. If you are cooking/hosting, it is especially important for you to take this brief moment to get outside.
Walk & Yoga
Wake up and go for a short walk, and then complete this morning yoga flow.
Complete your favorite upper body workout from your nutrition plan, OR get in 3 rounds of the workout below:
Wake up today and see what your body feels like doing. A little sore? Try another yoga flow, walk or short lower body workout to loosen things up. Want more HIIT? Head out for a run with bouts of sprinting, or complete a HIIT workout from here. Today is completely up to you!
