Hey all! We have a new workout to share with you today. The great news? This workout can be done anywhere, anytime – no weights or equipment needed!

David and I just returned from a trip to Hawaii, and while we were there, we made sure to keep up with our workouts. We hiked, did yoga, ran, surfed, and did this exact workout below a couple of times after our morning jog.

If you are waking up and doing this workout first thing, make sure you take a few minutes to warm up. You can either go for a walk, or do some jumping jacks, arms circles, windmills, and side lunges to get your body ready. After all, safety first!

Complete all exercises in each circuit, and then repeat the circuit 2 more times.

Circuit 1 (complete 3 rounds)

12 Pushups

12 Plank Shoulder Taps (per side)

12 Tricep Dips

12 Bicycle Crunches (per side)

Circuit 2 (complete 3 rounds)

10 Tricep Push-ups

10 Plank Up-downs

10 Side Plank Dips (per side)

10 V-sit Crunches

Finisher
