Oh, and these dressings are not just for salads either. You could toss them on roasted veggies as well as your main entree, like fish, or in a sandwich for lunch.

For all dressings, simply whisk together all ingredients until combined.

Simple Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-2 tbsp water
-1 tbsp lemon juice

Sweet Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
-1 tbsp honey
-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-2 tbsp water

Mustard Zing Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
-1 tbsp spicy mustard
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-2 to 4 tbsp. water
