Get ready to work your lower body and sweat with this new 10 minute leg and glute workout. For this workout, we recommend using a kettle bell or a lighter set of weights, because we will be performing higher reps in a shorter amount of time.  We also want you to try and follow along with us during the entire workout. Grab a quick sip of water if needed, but stick with us – you’ve got this!
