Happy New Year’s Eve!
2018 is tomorrow – wow! It is always amazing how fast time seems to go by, but it has been a great year, and despite the ups and downs, there is always good to be found. We hope you have had a wonderful year, and that you are able to enjoy tonight. Get ready though, because tomorrow, we are right back to working out and eating healthy (and delicious) meals together!

Monday
2018 HIIT!
We’re kicking off the new year with a new HIIT routine. Check back today for your new workout that will be posted first thing.
Tuesday
Cardio & Upper Body
Complete this Do-Anywhere Upper Body workout, but in between every exercise, add 20 jumping jacks for a cardio burst!
Wednesday
Lower Body
Complete the lower body workout below, and then make sure you stretch and foam roll tonight.
Thursday
Cardio & Core
Cold outside? Set your timer, and go up and down your stairs for 15-20 minutes today! Alternate between walking up the stairs, jogging (safely please) up the stairs, and then walking up the stairs two steps at a time. Then complete the ab workout below. Don’t worry if you do not have a partner, it can be done solo!
Friday
Full Body
