Happy Sunday! We hope you all had a great week and are ready to tackle another. Today is the perfect day to get in your meal prep and plan out all of your workouts. Remember, although we outline a workout schedule below, you can always change the days to fit your routine. We also encourage you to sign up and try new fitness classes, like bootcamps, spinning, yoga, kickboxing, etc.
Now, let’s get to your workout schedule for the week, and remember to check in with your Fairburn Mile Challenge (if you are not sure what that is, see here).
Fairburn Mile Challenge & HIIT
Kick off your week with the Stair-Burn it Off workout from your nutrition plan, or complete 3 rounds of the Stair HIIT workout below. Throughout the day get in your mile challenge by getting up from your desk to move around every hour.
Cardio, Core, & Fairburn Mile Challenge
Go for a 40 minute run/jog (this can count towards your mile today or you can add on another later in the day), and then complete the Core Strengthening Workout here or your favorite core workout from your nutrition plan.
Challenge: For breakfast, refuel with a new recipe or overnight oats combination that you have yet to try from your Fairburn it Off nutrition plan.
Lower Body, Fairburn Mile Challenge, & More
Complete the new lower body workout below, and then get in your mile challenge at some point today. To finish off your workout, we want want you to do burpees for one minute. Just one! Go set your timer.
Challenge: Check out local charities and/or places where you could donate this season. Many places need toys, jackets, and food to help another family through the holidays.
HIIT & Fairburn Mile Challenge
Sign up for a bootcamp class or complete one of the free HIIT routines from the list here.
Challenge: Have a co-worker or friend join you for your mile challenge today and share a photo. Lunchtime walks anyone?

Head out to a yoga class this morning and then go for an easy walk today. This evening, get in some foam rolling with one of the videos below and enjoy your evening.
Challenge: Enjoy a drink and relax this evening.

Wake up and go for a 3 mile jog today, stretch, and then meal prep for the week ahead. Use your grocery lists and meal prep guides from your nutrition plan to help save time.
