Cardio Challenge & Full Body

Kick off Monday by completing the Full Body Resistance Burn workout here. Then, at some point today, we want you to start the Fairburn Mile cardio challenge. This means, that starting today, and  every single day during the month of December, we want you to complete 1 mile of cardio. This can be running, jogging, walking, swimming, biking, simply taking the stairs throughout the day, etc. It can be done all at once or spread out throughout the day (see details here). No matter what you do, just change it up and complete 1 mile per day!


Use hashtags #fairburnitoff and #FIOmilechallenge to check in and stay accountable!


Cardio & Arms

Go for a 30 minute jog/run (you can count your Fairburn Mile Challenge as a part of this, or do it separately to add on additional cardio). Then, complete All Around Arms from your nutrition plan and/or 3 rounds of 10 reps each of these arm moves here.


Bonus Challenge: It’s transformation Tuesday, and December is only a couple days away. Write down some goals for yourself during the month of December and use yourself as your own motivation.


Fairburn Mile Challenge, Lower Body, & Foam Roll

Complete Ultimate 10 Minute Leg & Glute Burn, your Fairburn Mile Challenge, and Foam Roll.

Bonus Challenge: You’re halfway through the week, so just relax this evening and try to not use your phone or computer for a few hours tonight.


Cardio, Fairburn Mile Challenge, & Abs

Complete 40 minutes of your choice cardio (run, jog, stairs, swim, etc) OR head out to a spin class to change up your cardio routine. Then complete your favorite core routine from the list here or in your nutrition plan. Don’t forget to check in with your Fairburn Mile Challenge with hashtags #FairburnitOff and #FIOmilechallenge



HIIT, Abs, & Fairburn Mile Challenge

Bonus Challenge: The holiday season can often feel hectic, but remember to take a step back and enjoy it. Relax this evening with a drink (preferably keep it to wine and beer) and enjoy a guilty pleasure (ours is blasting christmas music or re-watching Harry Potter for the umpteenth time).


Run & Meal Prep

Go for at least a 2 mile run. We’ve been challenging you to run further the past couple of weeks, so this should feel like a breeze. Remember to check in with your Fairburn Mile Challenge and then meal prep like a boss for the week ahead.
