The Winter Burn Challenge may now be over, but we still want you to keep going! We will continue to post a free workout schedule every week, and if you are a member of the nutrition plan, we want you to continue on with your planned out weeks, or start playing around with other new recipes in your plan! You have hundreds of recipes to choose from, so have fun with it!

Cardio & Core

Complete 20 minutes of your choice cardio (run, jog, walk, bike), and then complete 3 rounds of the core strengthening exercises below (see full description here).

HIIT & Yoga

Complete Feel the Burn HIIT from your nutrition plan, or complete this Full Body HIIT Routine. Then head out to a yoga class or complete one of the routines here.

Challenge: Have extra time? Get in a bonus round of your new partner workout (can be done solo too). See full workout here.


Cardio & Arms 

Go for a 25 minute run/jog and complete All Around Arms from your nutrition plan, or this Strong Arms Routine.

Challenge: Whip up an overnight oats recipe to enjoy tomorrow morning for breakfast. Choose your favorite one from your nutrition plan, or use the guide here to build your own!


Cardio & Lower Body

Go for a 30 minute walk and then complete the Creating Stems routine from your nutrition plan, or 3 rounds of 5 Minute Legs & Glutes below.

Challenge: Are you snowed in or is the winter weather getting to you? No worries – we have you covered! Check out the workouts you can and tips for staying active, even while being stuck indoors, here.


Full Body

Complete the Full Body Resistance Burn workout here and enjoy your #FairburninFriday!

Challenge:  Try whipping up a brand new healthy dish tonight. Use your meal guides, recipes, and grocery lists from your nutrition plan as inspiration, and see where you can play around and add in your own style and seasonings. Make this lifestyle work for you!


Active Rest

Head outside for a 45+ minute walk today, and then foam roll and stretch it out. For foam rolling tips and how-to’s, use the guides here and here.

Challenge: Have you booked a massage yet? This was last week’s challenge, so make sure you book or head out for a massage to treat yourself. 


Sunday Runday & Upper Body

Head out for a 3 mile run today, and follow it up with Upper Body Burn.
