Cardio & Arms

Complete 25 minutes of cardio (run, jog, bike, swim), and then complete 3 rounds of the Upper Body Burn Routine below. Have extra time? Complete the All Around Arms workout from your nutrition plan.

Challenge: Try to meditate for 5 to 10 minutes this evening. It can feel odd or challenging if you have never done it before, but it is also very relaxing and calming. Use our meditation guides and how-to here.


Full Body

Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete this Full Body Resistance Workout, and enjoy your weekend!


Active Rest

Head outside for a 30+ minute walk today, and then foam roll and stretch it out. For foam rolling tips and how-to’s, use the guides here and here.

Challenge: Have you seen the new date night menus yet? Check them out below and whip up a meal for a loved one this evening.


Sunday Runday

Head out for a 2 mile run today, but challenge yourself to change up the pace. For example, for the first few minutes, jog, then run hard for the next few minutes, then jog again, and then run hard again. Continue alternating for the duration of your run.
