Complete 1 round of 5 minute Legs & Glutes and 1 round of the Ultimate Lower Body and Glute Burn. Have extra time? Complete the full Creating Stems workout from your nutrition & fitness plan!
Challenge: Stretch it out and relax this evening with your favorite drink or a cup of tea.

Challenge: Head out tonight with friends or a loved one, and challenge yourself to keep your food choices healthy! Think light and fresh items versus heavy fried foods and sauces.
Attend a yoga class or complete one of the routines here. Then go out for a 45 minute walk!
Challenge: Whip up a meal from one of your new date night menus tonight!
Today, the distance is up to you. Just head outside and go for a run.
