Spring officially starts tomorrow! Although it may not feel like it for some, it is the start of a new season, so regardless of where you are on your health journey right now, wake up tomorrow and get in your morning workout! Make sure you use today to meal prep too – we promise, it gets easier with time, so stick with it. If you are a member of our nutrition plan – new or old – we always recommend that you go back and re-read your plan and use the meal prep guides to help you. Now on to your Weekly Burn: 


Full Body Burn

Complete the Summer Burn workout routine from your nutrition plan. This full body HIIT routine will leave you sweaty and feeling great in just under 30 minutes! You can alternatively complete the Body Weight HIIT routine here.

Challenge: It’s the first day of Spring! We will be sharing our favorite spring produce on fairburnitoff.com today, so check back and pick a new produce item (or two) to cook with this week!


Cardio, Core, & Yoga

Complete 20 minutes of your choice cardio (run, jog, walk, bike, swim, stairs). Then head off to a yoga class or complete a yoga routine from the list here.

Challenge: At some point today, we want you to get in 10 reps each of the core exercises below:


Yoga, Legs & Glutes

Start your morning off with the Gentle Yoga Routine here. Then complete this Lower Body Burn workout. Have extra time? Complete the Creating Stems workout from your nutrition plan.

Challenge: Take some time this evening to write out a new goal or two that you would like to accomplish this spring.


Cardio & Upper Body

Head out for a 25-30 minute jog, and then complete the Strong Arms Workout here.

Challenge: St. Patrick’s Day may be over, but we want you to whip up a batch of these Green Muffins to snack on for the remainder of the week and weekend. 


Fairburnin’ Friday HIIT

Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete this HIIT routine (can be done outside or inside on a treadmill or use stairs in place of running) and enjoy your weekend!

Challenge: Challenge yourself to unplug from your phone and computer tonight.


Active Rest

Head out for a walk or hike somewhere new, and then foam roll. You can use the foam rolling routines here as a guide.

Challenge: Spring cleaning anyone? Get some cleaning done to help you feel refreshed. It also happens to be one of the things that we do to help set us up for a successful week (read more here).


Sunday Runday

Go for a 4 mile run/jog today! If you are feeling sore or tired, take care of your body, and head out for a long walk today.
