Happy Sunday! Your workouts and challenges for the week are posted below, so go plan out your week to help you stay on track, meal prep, and relax! Remember, just because we list workouts on a particular day, does not mean you have to do them on that day. Move the schedule below around to fit your week!
Upper Body & Light Cardio
Wake up and get in the Arms and Core Workout below. The head out for a 30 minute walk either before your morning coffee, or as a lunch time break.
Challenge: Sign up for a new class this week – whether it is a spin class, yoga, bootcamp, or some other new class – sign up for something new.
Run it Out
Go for a 30 minute run, but change up your pace! Run 2 minutes, sprint (or run hard) for 1 minute, and repeat. Make sure you cool down with a few minutes of walking.
Challenge: Stretch and relax this evening, and try a few minutes of meditation (see our guide and tips here).
Yoga & Core
Challenge: Sip on your favorite drink from the nutrition plan, or some tea tonight.
Cardio & Lower Body
Head out for a 20 minute jog, and then complete 3 rounds of 5 Minute Legs & Glutes here.

Full Body for Fairburnin’ Friday
Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete the Summer Body Burn HIIT routine from your nutrition plan (summer update), or head out to the class that you signed up for on Monday!
Challenge: Set up a date night for your spouse or loved one this weekend.
Head out for a 45+ minute walk, or go out for a hike with friends and family.
Challenge: Get a head start on your meal prep today by choosing one or two items to make and store for the upcoming week.
Go for a 5k run today!
