Happy Easter Sunday! 

Start your morning off with a run, or, if you are short on time, get in this quick, on-the-go workout! After you enjoy your day, check out this weeks free workout schedule below:

Remember, these workouts are merely recommendations, and should and can be rearranged to fit your schedule! Regardless of what and when you do it, as long as you are moving, then you are doing great! The most important thing is to use the tools, tips, and recipes from your nutrition plan to help you build the habit of making healthy eating choices.

 Monday

HIIT & Push-Up Challenge 

Follow along with the HIIT routine below, and then compete day 15 of the Push-Up Challenge! Just joining us? You can start the push-up challenge whenever you’d like. We will be adding it on to our workouts every day for this month. 

Challenge: It may be Monday, but that doesn’t mean you cannot make plans for the weekend! Plan a fun day date out with a friend or significant other for this coming weekend. 

Tuesday

Jog & Push-Up Challenge 

Go for a 30 minute jog today! Still building up your cardio? Try walking for a few minutes, and then jogging for a few minutes, and continue to rotate. Then complete day 16 of your Push-Up Challenge.

Challenge: We’re getting a little more personal with you this month about what we do to keep healthy, and how we try and handle different situations. Check out the first two stories here and here.

Wednesday

Push-Up Challenge, & Yoga

Complete day 17 of the Push-Up Challenge and then complete the Beach Yoga Flow routine below:

Challenge: Whip up the blueberry cacao smoothie today, and enjoy it as your post workout breakfast or morning pick-me-up!

Thursday

Lower Body & Push-Up Challenge

Go for a 20 minute walk/jog today, and then complete the HIIT it with Stairs routine here. Finish your morning off with day 18 of the Push-Up Challenge.

Challenge: Whip up an ACV drink today, and see its benefits and why we love it here.

Friday

Arms, Abs & Push-Up Challenge

Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete the Arm & Ab workout below, and day 19 of your Push-Up Challenge, and enjoy your Friday!

Challenge: Have an extra 5 to 10 minutes? Get in 1 to 3 rounds of 5 Minute Abs here.

Saturday

Push-Up Challenge & Active Rest

Complete day 20 of the Push-Up Challenge, and then relax and head out for a walk or a yoga class.

Challenge: Go on that day date you planned!

Sunday

Sunday Runday

Go for a 5 mile run today! This will count as day 21 towards your Push-Up Challenge!

Challenge:  Have you written down your new goals yet? If not, take some time right now to write down 1 to 3 actionable goals for yourself that you can start this coming week and complete by summer!
