August is in full swing and we are taking advantage of the beautiful weather and getting in as many outdoor activities as we can! Remember, we want you to go for a walk every single day, even if it’s for only 10 minutes, so that you can soak up what is left of summer and stay active in the process.
Now onto this weeks workout schedule…
Challenge: Keep up with your daily walks! Whether it is a lunchtime break or evening stroll, it is always a good idea to get up and move around. It can not only help you stay active, but also help you to relax and destress if you are feeling busy or overwhelmed at work.
20 minutes of your choice cardio, and arms and abs. Get in All Around Arms and Fairburnin’ Core from your nutrition plan. You can alternatively complete the Strong Arms Workout and 3 rounds of 5 Minute Abs here.
