Go for a 30 minute jog, or walk this morning, and then complete the Arms & Abs routine below:
Head out for a 20 minute walk this morning. Grab a coffee on the way for an extra boost! Then head out to a yoga class or complete Gentle Morning Flow here. Need to split it up? Start with yoga, and then head out for a walk this evening.
Challenge: It’s hump day! Walk around as much as you can today, take the stairs, and park in the back of the parking lot so you have further to walk.
Cardio & Core
Complete 20 minutes of your choice cardio, and then complete the Ab HIIT workout below:
Challenge: Happy #thirstythursday! Have you tried kombucha yet? Give one a go today! Our favorite flavors are Ginger, Cayenne, and Apple.
Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete 3 rounds of the Quick Heart Pumping HIIT routine here, and then 1 round of the Ultimate Leg & Glute Burn below:
Challenge: Enjoy your evening! Remember, just because it is the weekend does not mean that you should “cheat.” We hate that word anyway! You want to build healthy lifestyle habits, so if you happen to drink or eat dessert, that’s okay. That doesn’t mean that you have to binge either. Weekends add up too, so it’s important to think of living healthy as a lifestyle versus a diet or clean and cheat meals.
Head outside today. Wether it is for a walk, yoga, hike, biking, etc., just head outside and enjoy your day.
Challenge: Make one of the burger recipes from your nutrition plan tonight!
Head out for a 4 mile run today! Yes, you can do this. Even if you “are not a runner,” head out and give it a go. Pace yourself, walk/jog if you need, but challenge yourself to go for it!
Challenge: Meal prep, Netflix, and chill. Get in your meals for the week ahead, watch one of your favorite movies or shows, and relax tonight.
