A Sunday well spent, brings a week of content.
Happy Sunday! We hope you are all gearing up for the week ahead by meal prepping and planning out your workouts. With summer coming, we know that weekends tend to get busier – whether it’s a beach day, wedding, or cookout – so it is more important then ever to stick to your prep and workouts! Even if you can only fit in a little time for prep and say, make a batch of quinoa, that is great! As long as you continue taking time for yourself and your health, you will succeed!
Now on to your weekly workout schedule. Remember, you can move days around if needed, or simply follow the planned workouts and challenges in your Full-Length Nutrition & Fitness Plan. If you are new to working out, please do not fret! Complete as much as you can, drink a lot of water, and move at your pace. We would much rather you do something – even if it is slower – then nothing at all!
