Happy Sunday! 

We hope you are having a wonderful day, filled with fun, relaxation, and of course, a little meal prep!

We just came back from leading a yoga class at 603 Brewery, and we had such an amazing time! Honestly, it is always nerve-wracking when you are teaching for people you have never met, but there is also such a great adrenaline rush that happens! Everyone was so open, and really brought it when I called plank for the 4th time (okay, maybe it was 5 times).  😂

If you missed out on yoga today, no worries! We will be planning another event soon, so we hope to see you there. In the meantime, here is your new week of workouts:

 Monday

Full Body HIIT

Complete Summer Body Burn from your nutrition plan! Not a member? Choose a HIIT workout from the list here

Challenge: Complete a bonus workout today. Whether it is going for a jog, or completing a quick workout from the list here

Tuesday

Cardio & Upper Body

Go for a 30 minute run/jog this morning. Then complete All Around Arms from your nutrition plan.

Challenge: Tonight, sign up for a class at a local gym or studio. It does not matter what the class is, but we recommend trying something new – like a bootcamp, spinning, or yoga. 

Wednesday

Yoga & Walking

Start your morning off with a long walk, and then head out to a yoga class or complete one of the routines here. Don’t have time to fit both in? Split them up – one in the morning, and one on the evening, so you have a relaxing way to start and end your day.

Challenge: Happy Hump Day! Take the stairs as much as you can today!

Thursday

Lower Body & Core

Complete the Lower Body Sculpting workout here, and then complete 3 rounds of 5 minute abs below:

Challenge: Have extra time? Get in a bonus round of abs with your favorite workout from the nutrition plan. 

Friday

Fairburnin’ Friday

Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete this TGIF HIIT workout, or head out to that class you signed up for earlier this week!

Challenge: Relax and enjoy your evening!

Saturday

Active Rest

Head out for a 60 minute walk today and foam roll.

Challenge: Have a friend or family date night and make up some of your favorite recipes and desserts from the nutrition plan.

Sunday

Sunday Runday

Head out for a run today, and you choose the distance!

Challenge:  Meal prep and head outside! If it’s a gorgeous day, go for another walk, head out to the beach, kayak, paddle board, hike, or anything that you enjoy to keep it healthy and fun.
