We will be sure to update it every week for you, and we will leave the previous weeks workouts up too! You can check it out here.

Now on to your Weekly Schedule (which you will now always be able to access here):


30 minutes of your choice cardio (run, jog, swim, bike), followed by Fairburnin’ Core from your nutrition plan. Refuel with the new Pineapple Chia Boost Smoothie Recipe.

Challenge: Stick to your daily walks. If you are just joining us, every single day during the month of August, we want you to go for a lunchtime or evening walk. Even if it is only for 10 minutes, just remind yourself to get up and move and enjoy the last rays of summer. It can also help you to destress after or during a long day from work!


Complete 3 rounds of 5 Minute Legs and Glutes. Members, challenge yourself to add on Lower Body with Ab Burn from your nutrition plan!

Challenge: Drink up! Aim to drink 70 ounces of water today!


Go for a 20-30 minute run. It does not matter how fast or slow you go, but aim to run for the entire duration. Follow it up with Beach Yoga Flow and some evening foam rolling.

Active rest. Simply go for a walk, do some gentle morning yoga, or try one of our favorite summer activities here. Enjoy the day, but be sure to still move around.


ChallengeIf you go out tonight, challenge yourself to order healthy foods and drinks. Refrain from ordering anything battered or fried, and ask for any sauces on the side. Trust us, restaurants will accommodate! Do not feel guilty or ashamed for asking about something that can help you stay feeling great!


Sunday Runday! Run for 35+ minutes. We are bringing back our Sunday runs, and it does not matter how many miles you get in, just start the clock and go for at least 35 minutes. If you are feeling good, add on extra time – even if it just one extra minute – go for it!


ChallengeMeal prep! Make a new snack bar or ball recipe that you have yet to make from your nutrition plan. We love the peanut butter chip bars, the I’d date you for breakfast bar, and the fig and walnut bars. And just as a little sneak peak, members, next month we will be releasing the Fall/Holiday Nutrition Plan, and you will be getting our new favorite snack bar recipe below…
