It is something that we have been trying to be involved in more, even if it is small, because it is a part of who we are. So don’t be afraid to allow your passions to become a part of your healthy lifestyle!
Cardio & Core
Go for a 2 to 3 mile run today. Whether you run, jog, or walk/jog, head out early to start your day. After your run, complete the ab workout below that can be done with or without a partner!
Challenge: Try creating your own new overnight oats recipe tonight (can use your nutrition plan recipes as inspiration) so that you have a tasty new breakfast ready to go in the morning!
Complete the Stair-Burn it Off routine from your nutrition plan, or complete the routine below:
Challenge: In addition to your stair workout, try to remember to take the stairs as often as possible today.
Cardio & Upper Body
Complete 20 to 30 minutes of your choice cardio, and then complete the Strong Arms Workout here.
