Happy Sunday!

We hope you are feeling great! Whether you are just going us, or have been following along, know that no matter were you are – you are doing great! You are crushing these workouts, trying new things, and eating healthy and delicious foods! It doesn’t matter if it is always “perfect” or not. You are making the conscious decision to treat yourself well every day, and that is amazing!

Remember, if you are following along with your Fairburn it Off Nutrition & Fitness Plan, make sure to write out all of your workouts and meals you want to try this week. You have hundreds of recipes at your fingertips with your plan, so take advantage and try some new ones, along with a new workout or two!

 Monday

Full Body

Wake up and complete the HIIT it Off workout from your nutrition plan. Don’t have the plan? Try a free workout from the list here.

Challenge: Last week we had you set a new physical challenge for yourself (i.e. doing 1 pull-up, or 1 squat, etc). This week, aim to do try a new physical challenge, or continue working on the one you set for yourself last week.

Tuesday

Cardio & Upper Body

Head out for a 20 minute jog, and then complete the All Around Arms workout from your nutrition plan. Alternatively, you can complete 3 rounds of the Upper Body Burn workout below:

Challenge: Today is #NationalRelaxationDay! Seriously! So take a moment for yourself tonight. We will even have a special post about this today, so check back for more.

Wednesday

Yoga & Lower Body

Complete the Wake Up & Flow sequence from your nutrition plan. Afterward, or later today, complete 3 rounds of 5 Minutes Legs & Glutes below:

Challenge: Happy Hump Day! Foam roll and stretch it out tonight.

Thursday

Cardio & Core

Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio this morning, and then complete HIIT it with Abs from your nutrition plan. You can also opt to complete this core workout here.

Challenge: Tonight, take a moment to prep a breakfast recipe for tomorrow, using your nutrition plan and these 3 Easy Peasy Breakfast Prep Tips here.

Friday

Full Body 

Complete this Have a Ball Workout. Don’t worry, the exercises can be performed without an exercise ball.

Challenge: Happy #FairburninFriday! Have a friend come and workout with you or join you for a walk today.

Saturday

Active Rest & Stretch

Head out for a walk today and stretch it out. You can also use this Gentle Morning Yoga flow.

Challenge: Use this guide on how to make the perfect smoothie, and create your own new recipe today!

Sunday

Sunday Runday!

Head out for a run today – you choose the distance!

Challenge:  Meal prep a few items today. You do not have to worry about preparing every single thing. Think abut preparing a breakfast item, and a snack bar or two from your nutrition plan. You can also wash and chop fruits and veggies. Go simple and use your nutrition plan with guidance on how to prep.
