Challenge of the Week
Whip up a batch of the new Macadamia Nut Fudge recipe we shared this week! This could also be a nice treat to take with you on any road trips you might have planned, along with these other healthy road trip snack essentials.
Complete the Bootcamp Rounds workout from your Nutrition Plan (fall edition).
Cardio & Core
Head out for a 25 minute jog, and then complete the Core Strengthening exercises below
Complete the Lower Body Sculpting workout here, and then head out for a walk later this evening.
Cardio & Yoga
Complete 20 minutes of your choice cardio, and then complete this Gentle Wake-Up Yoga Flow here.
Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete the All Around Arms workout from your Nutrition Plan, or the Strong Arms Workout here.
Head out for a 60 minute walk and foam roll.
We’ve taken a couple of weeks off from sprints, so we’re bringing them back! Whether you complete 1 round or 5, give sprints a go! This is the format we usually use:
Walk/jog 0.25 miles
Sprint 0.25 miles
