Complete the Body Weight HIIT Routine below:
Cardio, Arms, & Abs
Complete 20 minutes of your choice cardio (run, jog, bike, etc), and then complete a new upper body and core workout that will be posted on fairburnitoff.com today!
Head out for a 10-20 minute walk this morning, and then complete the Ultimate Leg & Glute Workout below. Have extra time? Complete the Lower Body with Ab Burn workout from your nutrition plan.
Complete 30 minutes of your choice cardio, and then stretch and foam roll tonight.
