This week we are prepping all kinds of fall recipes from the Fairburn it Off Full-Length Nutrition and Fitness Plan. From apple crumble chia pudding (recipe here) and pumpkin flapjacks, to butternut squash soup and pasta – we are enjoying all things fall. And can you believe it is all healthy!?
Challenge of the Week
Ask a friend or significant other to join you for a walk this week. Whether it’s a morning walk to coffee, a lunchtime break, or after dinner stroll – grab someone you know and enjoy the company.

Complete 30 minutes of your choice cardio (run, jog, bike, etc), and then complete the upper body workout below:

Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio (walk, jog, bike, swim), and then complete the Do Anywhere Upper Body Workout.
