Happy Sunday and first day of October!

This week we are prepping all kinds of fall recipes from the Fairburn it Off Full-Length Nutrition and Fitness Plan. From apple crumble chia pudding (recipe here) and pumpkin flapjacks, to butternut squash soup and pasta – we are enjoying all things fall. And can you believe it is all healthy!?

Challenge of the Week

Ask a friend or significant other to join you for a walk this week. Whether it’s a morning walk to coffee, a lunchtime break, or after dinner stroll – grab someone you know and enjoy the company.

Monday

Cardio & Arms

Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio (walk, jog, bike, swim), and then complete the Do Anywhere Upper Body Workout.

Friday

Lower Body

Saturday

Yoga

Complete the Wake Up and Flow yoga from your nutrition plan, or this Gentle Morning Yoga Flow here. Then head out for a walk, a hike, or apple or pumpkin picking. Enjoy your Saturday!

Sunday

Sunday Runday!

Head out for a jog today – you choose the distance!
