Head out for a 10-20 minute walk this morning, and then complete this lower body workout. If you do not have time for your walk in the morning, then try breaking it up throughout the day or evening.
Cardio & Upper Body
Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio. Next, complete this strong arms workout.

Hike & Stretch
Head out for a hike today – long, short, steep, or flat – enjoy your day! Make sure you take a few moments to stretch tonight before bed.
Head out for a 4 mile run today. Run/walk or jog/walk – pace yourself and have a great Sunday!
