Can you believe we are already more than halfway through October? Before we know it, the holidays will be here, but not before we celebrate Halloween! We are excited for some new treats, costumes, and of course, dance moves (see last years video below in case you missed it), so be on the lookout soon!

Challenge of the Week

Head out for a 20 minute run/jog, and then follow it up with the Upper Body Workout below:

Lower Body & Foam Roll

Head out for a 10-20 minute walk today, and complete the lower body workout below. Follow it up with an evening stretch and foam roll.

Thursday

Cardio & Core

Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio (walk, run, jog, stairs, bike), and complete this new ab routine.

Friday

Full Body

Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete this full body circuit workout and enjoy your weekend!

Saturday

Yoga

Enjoy a yoga class today or try this gentle flow here.

Sunday

Sunday Runday!

Happy Sunday. Head out for a run this morning, and run for as long as you would like. Make sure to stretch it out afterward and meal prep at least one item for the week, or use your nutrition plan for all of your meal-by-meal guides!
