Challenge of the Week

Last week we had you whip up a treat from the Holiday Cookie & Treat Guide. This week, make another new treat from the guide (last night we made the gingerbread and truffles), and while your cookies are baking, get in the snow day workout!

Full Body

Saturday

Core & Active Rest
