Wake up and get in the quick stair workout below. Use stairs in your home or at the gym – wherever you can get it in!
Thursday
Cardio & Core
Complete 20 minutes of your choice cardio, and then get in 1 to 3 rounds of these quick core strengthening exercises.
Friday
HIIT
Happy #FairburninFriday! Get in your favorite HIIT workout from your nutrition plan. We have been loving the quick Snow Day workout from the Holiday Guide section. Don’t have the plan? Try any of these HIIT workouts.
Saturday
Active Rest
Head out and do something fun that keeps you moving. Whether it is ice skating, winter hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, or simply playing in the snow, enjoy your day!
Sunday
Sunday Runday & Merry Christmas Eve!
Head out for a 1 to 3 mile run today. Nothing too crazy – just get in a quick jog and enjoy your evening! Too cold and snowy where you are? Then opt for the Snow Day workout from your Holiday Guide.
