We are through the first week of 2018, and it sure has been a cold one! With that in mind, we’ve scheduled your workouts to work around possible snow storms and cold weather.
Challenge of the Week
Pick 3 days this week where you have five minutes to sit and meditate. Even if you have never tried meditating before, allow yourself this time and give it a go. You can use our meditation tips and how-to’s here, and we also have a list of free meditation apps that we like to use here.
Complete your favorite full body workout from your nutrition plan, or the workout below (no equipment needed):
Cardio & Lower Body
Complete 15-20 minutes of cardio by going up and down a set of stairs in your home. Try taking the stairs two at a time for an added challenge. Then complete the lower body workout here.

Cardio & Core
Complete this Ab Circuit Workout here. As an added cardio challenge, complete 20 jumping jacks in between each round.
