Happy Sunday

We are through the first week of 2018, and it sure has been a cold one! With that in mind, we’ve scheduled your workouts to work around possible snow storms and cold weather.

Challenge of the Week

Pick 3 days this week where you have five minutes to sit and meditate. Even if you have never tried meditating before, allow yourself this time and give it a go. You can use our meditation tips and how-to’s here, and we also have a list of free meditation apps that we like to use here.

Monday

Full Body

Complete your favorite full body workout from your nutrition plan, or the workout below (no equipment needed):

Tuesday

Cardio & Lower Body

Complete 15-20 minutes of cardio by going up and down a set of stairs in your home. Try taking the stairs two at a time for an added challenge. Then complete the lower body workout here.

Have the nutrition plan? You can opt to complete the Stair-Burn workout instead.

Wednesday

Yoga

Head out to a yoga class or complete the yoga flow from your nutrition plan. Don’t have the plan? Complete this morning wake-up flow here.

Thursday

Cardio & Core

Complete this Ab Circuit Workout here. As an added cardio challenge, complete 20 jumping jacks in between each round.

Friday

HIIT

Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete your new HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) routine here.

Saturday

Active Rest

Head out for a walk, stretch, or even clean up around your home!

Sunday
