Challenge of the Week
Walk 5 miles this week. Whether it’s one mile for 5 days, or a 1/2 mile here and there, walk a total of 5 miles this week (that’s roughly 0.72 miles a day).
Happy Monday! Complete this Quick HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that can be done from home.
Complete the stair workout from your nutrition plan, or take the stairs for 20 minutes today. Alternate between walking up, light jogging up, and taking the stairs two at a time. Have extra time? Complete this lower body workout.

Start your morning off with a 15-20 minute walk or jog. Then get in this morning yoga flow here.

Complete 2 rounds of the Ab HIIT Routine below. In between rounds, complete an extra 30 seconds of mountain climbers.
