Challenge of the Week
Last weeks challenge was to walk a total of 5 miles over the course of 7 days. How did you? This weeks challenge is to simply take the stairs both up and down wherever you are, whenever you can. Yes, even if your office is on the 8th floor, try the challenge.

Arms & Abs
Complete this Upper Body workout that can be done from home or when you are on the go. Have extra time? Challenge yourself to 30 seconds of mountain climbers in between rounds.
Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio (run, walk, bike, swim, etc.) and then complete 1, 2, or 3, rounds of the workout below:
Head out to a yoga class or complete this morning yoga flow.
Get in the lower body workout below, and then head out for a long walk today.
Complete 30 minutes of your choice cardio today – run, walk, hike, bike, stairs, swim, etc. Then head out to a yoga class or complete the morning yoga flow from your nutrition plan.
