Your challenge and free week of workouts are posted below. Remember, you can rearrange days as needed to fit your schedule, and you can also follow along and sub in workouts from your nutrition plan. No matter what, have fun with it, move daily, and make it work for you!
Challenge of the Week
Move daily. Whether it’s a 40 minute high intensity workout, or a 10 minute walk, move daily. Even if you can only complete parts of the workouts below, you will be keeping active and creating a great habit!
Monday
HIIT
Happy Monday! Get in your favorite HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout from your nutrition plan, or try this Wake Up HIIT Routine!
Tuesday
Lower Body
Try to head out for a short walk or jog this morning, and then complete this Lower Body Burn workout.
Wednesday
Cardio
Complete 30 minutes of your choice cardio: Run, jog, bike, swim, stairs, etc.
Thursday
Upper Body
Complete the All Around Arms workout from your nutrition plan. Don’t have the plan? Check it out here, and then try the quick upper body workout below:
Friday
Cardio & Core
Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete three rounds of the core workout below. In between each round, add 30 seconds of mountain climbers!
Saturday
Yoga
Head out to a yoga class or choose from the flows here. You can also go through the morning yoga sequence in your nutrition plan.
Sunday
Cardio
Complete 30 minutes of your choice cardio today – run, walk, hike, bike, stairs, swim, etc. Make sure to stretch and relax afterward!
