Friday
Cardio
Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete 20 minutes your choice cardio (walk, run, bike, or HIIT) and enjoy your Friday!
Saturday
Active Rest
Head out to a yoga class, go for a walk, short hike, bike ride, etc. Whatever you do today (even if it’s simply cleaning up around the house), just move around and enjoy your Saturday.
