Go green! Add a serving of greens to at least one meal each day. Whether it’s a green smoothie, roasting up some asparagus or Brussels sprouts, just make sure you eat a serving of greens every day this week.

Choose any workout that you want to do today. You can search from the workouts here, or just head out for a walk or jog.
