Your new week of free workouts is below, along with your weekly challenge. Remember, you can rearrange days as needed to fit your schedule, and you can also follow along and sub in workouts from your nutrition plan. No matter what, have fun with it, move daily, and make it work for you!
Challenge of the Week
Simply do your best. We all have good days and bad days, but even on a bad day, simply do your best for that day, keep going, and do not worry about “perfection.”
Cardio & Core
Happy Monday! Get in 3 rounds of the core exercises below, but as a challenge, add 30 seconds of mountain climbers and 30 seconds of jumping jacks in between each set.
Upper Body & Yoga
Get in the upper body workout below, and follow it up with the gentle morning yoga flow.
Head out for a 20-30 minute walk today, and then complete 3 rounds of the lower body workout below:
Cardio & Stretch
Head out for a 20 minute run, bike, swim, or use the stairs. Then stretch it out and enjoy your evening.

Head out for a run today, and try to change up your pace. For example, jog for a couple of minutes, and then run hard for 1 minute, and continue to alternate for as long as you’d like to go today!
