Head out for a 20 minute jog (or your choice cardio), and then finish with an evening stretch or foam roll.

Wednesday

Lower Body

Complete this lower body workout, and try heading out for a walk today!

Thursday

Cardio & Upper Body

Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio, and then complete this upper body workout.

Friday

Full Body

Active Rest

Head out for a 30+ minute walk today!

It’s Sunday Runday! Lace up your sneakers and enjoy a run – you choose the distance!
